NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2005--Renal Care Group, Inc. (NYSE: RCI) announced today that Timothy P. Martin will resign his position as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Renal Care Group in conjunction with the acquisition of Renal Care Group by Fresenius Medical Care AG. Mr. Martin will be joining Cardiovascular Services of America as president and chief executive officer. Cardiovascular Services of America is a developer and operator of outpatient cath labs and CT angiography suites in partnership with cardiology groups.
