NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2005--Renal Care Group, Inc.
(NYSE:RCI) today announced the acquisition of three dialysis programs:
HemaCare Dialysis Center, based in Lansing, Michigan; Mid-Michigan Regional
Dialysis Center, based in East Lansing, Michigan; and Beaverton Dialysis
Center, based in Beaverton, Oregon. The three programs serve over 400
patients. The Company did not disclose terms of the transactions.
Gary Brukardt, president and chief executive officer of Renal Care Group,

to add to our patient base and affiliate with physician leaders in our
key markets. We are pleased to begin working with each of these nephrology
practices to provide quality dialysis care."
Michael R. Hourani, M.D., P.C. will serve as medical director for the
Lansing facility. Lansing Nephrology Group, a division of Mid-Michigan
Physicians, P.C., will serve as medical director for the East Lansing
facility, and Donald W. Froom, M.D., P.C. will serve as medical director
for the Beaverton, Oregon facility.
