22nd Annual Healthcare Conference to be held January 12-15, 2004, at
the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Mr. David M. Dill, executive
vice president and chief financial officer of Renal Care Group, will
discuss the Company's recent business developments and operating strategies.
