On May 1, 2003 at 8:15 a.m. Eastern time, Mr. Dirk Allison, chief financial officer of Renal Care Group, Inc. will participate in a question and answer session at Morgan Stanley's 1st Annual Healthcare Unplugged Conference being held May 1-2, 2003, at The Mandarin Oriental hotel in Miami, Florida. There will be no webcast of Mr. Allison's presentation at this event.
On May 6, 2003 from 9:30 to 9:55 a.m. Eastern time, Mr. Allison will give a detailed presentation of Renal Care Group's recent business activities and operating strategy at Deutsche Bank Securities' 2003 Health Care Conference being held May 6-7 at the Waterfront Marriott Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland.
