(NYSE:RCI) today announced that it will participate in the Deutsche Bank Health Care 2002 Conference to be held May 7-9, 2002, in Baltimore, Maryland. R. Dirk Allison, chief financial officer of Renal Care Group, will be discussing the Company's recent business developments and market opportunities.

The Company also announced that a live broadcast of its conference presentation will be available on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
