today announced that it will participate in the William Blair 22nd Annual
Growth Stock Conference to be held June 25 - 27, 2002, in Chicago, Illinois.
R. Dirk Allison, chief financial officer of Renal Care Group, will be
discussing the Company's recent business developments and market opportunities.
