Nashville, Tennessee (July 16, 2002) - Renal Care Group, Inc. (NYSE: RCI)
announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its second
quarter 2002 earnings conference call on Wednesday, July 31, 2002. The
Company's results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2002, will be
released after the close of the market on Tuesday, July 30, 2002.
The live broadcast of Renal Care Group's conference call will begin at
10:00 a.m. Central Time on July 31st. A 30-day online replay will be available
approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast.
