Nashville, Tennessee (April 18, 2002) - Renal Care Group, Inc. (NYSE:
RCI) announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its
first quarter 2002 earnings conference call on Wednesday, May 1, 2002.
The Company's results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002, will
be released after the close of the market on Tuesday, April 30, 2002.
The live broadcast of Renal Care Group's conference call will begin at
10:00 a.m. Central Time on May 1st. A 30-day online replay will be available
approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast.
