today announced that it will participate in the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey
31st Annual Institutional Conference to be held from April 14 through
April 17, 2002, at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia.
R. Dirk Allison, chief financial officer of Renal Care Group, will be
discussing the Company's recent business developments and market opportunities.
The Company also announced that a live broadcast of its conference presentation
will be available on Wednesday, April 17, beginning at 9:05 a.m. Eastern
