Nashville, Tennessee (June 17, 1996) - Renal Care Group, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:RCGI) announced today that it is forming a partnership with Saint Louis University (SLUCARE) to operate outpatient dialysis facilities in the Saint Louis area. The partnership will eventually provide a full range of dialysis-related services to over 160 patients suffering from end-stage kidney disease. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Martin, M.B., B.Ch., professor of internal medicine and chief of the division of nephrology at Saint Louis University.
